The Stuttgart brand has presented this Monday the redesign of its most luxurious vehicle. Thanks to its innovative technology, the new Panamera manages to improve in all its facets. It is faster on the track, more comfortable on the highway but above all it’s more ecological and efficient.
How can it be faster while being greener?
This is achieved, thanks to its new 5 engine variants. 4 of wich are plug-in hybrids with up to 93 kilometers of autonomy. Porsche however does not reject speed since they start from 430 horses while the most powerfull has 782 horses. The suspension is the other key element. Each arm is totally independent, adjustable and pneumatically adaptable. There are additonaly cameras with artificial intelligence to read the road and adapt the suspension’s reaction to it.

On the track, the new Panamera is 3.60 seconds faster than its predecessor, then again its comfort is similar to that of a Rolls Royce, despite the fact that the Porsche is much cheaper. Its not that cheap though. The prices start at €128,000 and go up to €237,000. This price is without adding the extras, which are many.
A car like any other
It may seem like an obscene amount of money (which it is), but the Panamera offers Hyper Car performance but it must be remembered that it does it in a luxurious and discreet sedan format. No one would say that this car would go from 0-100 km/h in 2.8 seconds or reach 325 km/h even more that its lap time around the Nürburgring it’s the fastest in the segment, and surely it would be unthinkable that it beats icons such as the Lamborghini Aventador LP700 or the Enzo Ferrari by more than 1 second.
In conclussion, this is undoubtedly the best Porsche Panamera ever, it is a redesign that adapts to the needs of today’s world without losing its wild and sporty character. The combination of comfort, sportiness and relatively low fuel consumption make it a car with practically no rivals.
