Another year celebrating the Singles Day? Are you tired of spending another Valentine’s Day alone? Are you tired of your friends ditching you for their partners? Don’t worry, the famous train company has the solution. The OUIGO Singles Day is back for the fourth consecutive year in Spain with the first high-speed dating event to help you find your soulmate.
As every year, on February 13th, Spain celebrates Singles Day, a date that is becoming increasingly prominent on the calendar. And it’s no wonder. Since, according to the National Statistics Institute (INE), there are more than 14 million singles in Spain, a number that continues to rise each year. Additionally, according to statistics, more and more singles are seeking to make genuine connections outside dating apps. They are aligning with the slow dating trend, which promotes more authentic relationships, especially among Generation Z.
For this reason, OUIGO, which already connects 15 destinations in Spain, is organizing this event again. This company invites singles from Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Valencia, Málaga, Córdoba, Sevilla, Valladolid, and Segovia to meet their future travel companions aboard the love train, which will culminate in Madrid with other unique experiences that will be revealed upon their arrival in the capital.

Furthermore, this year, as part of the various surprises OUIGO has planned, the event will feature two prominent figures as cupids: the dynamic duo of Yola Berrocal and Sonia Monroy. They will join the initiative with two distinct objectives: to find their own travel companions and assist other singles in achieving the same.
How to participate in Ouigo’s speed dating?
The company encourages singles from our city (18 and older) to take a chance and let Cupid strike them with his arrow. To do so, interested individuals should send a message to Ouigo via Instagram, introducing themselves, stating their age, where they’re from, what they’re looking for in their “crush,” and why they should be selected to live this experience.
Candidates will have time to sign up until February 6th, and from February 7th onwards, Ouigo will contact the chosen ones. Participation in this event will be completely free of charge.
